With thirty years experience as a midwife and delivering over two thousand babies I personally know what it is like to not be able to get pregnant when you desperately want a baby. I too struggled to have a baby, not just one year or two years or three years.
Yes I struggled for ten years to get pregnant myself. Despite been a midwife with access to some of the best specialists in the field, I could not get pregnant myself. During my personal struggle to bring my wonderful sons into this world, I can honestly say I have learned a great deal about how to get pregnant.
The how to get pregnant question is a million dollar question if only it was as simple question to answer. The first thing you should do is to understand and monitor your unique ovulation pattern to confirm that you are indeed ovulating.
Just because you have your menstrual period each month does not mean you have ovulated. We as women think we are biological clocks, that we go and go and go and never ware out. Well guess what we are affected by stress and chemicals on a daily basis that is wearing us down.
Today women are under a great deal of stress as we balance a career, long hours, exhaustion, excessive travelling, medications and illness and all of these can offset our monthly internal clock and change our fertile days.
Taking time to learn how to determine the exact 24-48 hour window of opportunity during each menstrual cycle when you produce your egg goes a long way to improve your chances of getting pregnant. You are most fertile when you produce your egg and this is the best time to try to get pregnant.
You can have intercourse until you are blue in the face, exhausted, frustrated and climaxed out and if it is not the correct time in the month to get pregnant, pregnancy will not happen for you. Most women do not realize that their partner's sperm is produced about 3 weeks before he ejaculates.
So look backwards or forwards when planning how to get pregnant to take into consideration if the male sperm has been exposed to a heavy night of drinking, drug use or smoking. If so he may be shooting defective sperms, which can prevent pregnancy from happening and increase your chances of having a miscarriage. Worst still be an abnormal baby. Times have changed! Babies coming into this world are of a higher consciousness. It is time that we as parents learn about the energy dynamics of conception, pregnancy and birth. Read more about this subject by downloading my FREE eBook Birth, Your Birth, Your Choice, Your Reality authored by Midwife Hannah Bajor.
Your Birth, Your Choice, Your Reality is a profound telepathic message my oldest son Kyle transmitted through me when he was seven-week's old. As a Certified Nurse Midwife I stand in awe at the level of consciousness of newborn babies. As humans each of us has a mission, a purpose, a task or job to be done. Maybe my son’s message (grammatically unedited) will get you thinking about your mission, your purpose, your task or job you are here to do as a human being... At seven-week's post partum, I was awakened from a sound sleep at four in the morning. I heard a voice saying, ”Ma wake up, take a pen and paper, and write down this message.” This was a very strange occurrence and for a moment I thought, perhaps I flipped and was going crazy! I kept hearing the same sentence over and over again... Get this eBook click on https://www.Lumalove.com
