Low Progesterone? | Ask Hannah
Low Progesterone? | Ask Hannah
I am watching your video for the second time and the information you gave is very useful. I’m 30 years and trying for pregnancy for 3+ years. I always workout my sexual days as you described and I find out that I am ovulating every month and have 33-34 days length cycle. I’ve tried many tests with normal ob/gyn and have shifted to infertility specialist by last December and monitored my cycle for 2 month from which they suggested that i am having low progesterone and also tried with vaginal progesterone support for last month. Still, all failed.
Unfortunately my spouse got a job shift and now I am at Pittsburgh and going to consult with new Infertility specialist. Can you please suggest me whether i can try with IUI first or to move to IVF – which one do you recommend me in my situation
Change is always good! I cannot recommend any particular infertility treatment to you as this would be unethical. You are not my client. I do not know your case. Take the advice of the infertility specialists. They are there to help women get pregnant. But low progesterone is not the worst thing in the world, as you can always supplement.
I know for sure supplementing with the right formula of fertility enhancing vitamins and minerals can balance out many hormones and increase fertility.
My advice to you would be to educate yourself on how to improve your hormones and improve the odds of traditional infertility treatment working for you if this is the path you choose to go with.
More importantly, believe you will be a mom. Look out for more emails from me as I have put together hours of education for women just like yourself that can turn things around.
