Pregnancy 101 | First Trimester Pregnancy
Pregnancy 101 | First Trimester Pregnancy:
http://www.lumalove.com/ Pregnancy is divided up into three different distinct phases and today’s topic is the first trimester, which means the first section of pregnancy, the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. It is a crucial time for pregnancy because this is where all the foundation blocks have been laid down, setting stone as far as the anatomy of your baby is going to be and also a lot of the emotional and psychological developments of your baby which we do not hear too much about.
What happens during the first trimester of pregnancy?
You discover that you are pregnant and you adjust to pregnancy. The reality is that statistics say that about 65% of all pregnancies are unplanned. When the woman know that they are pregnant, about 80% of all woman go through a time when they question, when they worry, when they have all these concerns about will they be a good mother, how are they going to adjust to a baby. They focus a lot on themselves, about all these changes that are happening within them to accommodate this baby that is going to start growing.
The first trimester of pregnancy is a time when you question a lot about yourself.
My advice to a woman in the first trimester of pregnancy is to try to push a little bit more focus into this baby even though you do not have a big belly to show. This incredible baby is growing from a tiny egg into a completely developed human being with eyes and ears and nose and tongues and fingers that I have here in my hand. Look at the size of this; this here is a baby that is about ten weeks size, but look at this one here, is 14 weeks size.
During your first trimester of pregnancy, there is enormous baby growth in four weeks.
The baby also probably has grown eight times its size. You must be very conscious of what you eat in the first trimester of pregnancy. No smoke and no alcohol, no drugs; just good high protein, good quality fruit that has a lot of vitamins and minerals in it, and be very conscious of everything that you think, say, and do during your pregnancy. If you start worrying, just stop, put your hands on your belly and just connect with this incredible baby that is growing inside of you because everything you think, say, and do during your pregnancy can affect your baby for life. Be informed. Be educated. Learn about all the different aspects of pregnancy.
